Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Camembert(s)
- 100 g strawberries, organic
- 1 pack of cake glaze, red
- 1 bunch of mint
Instructions

Halve the Camembert horizontally. Slice the strawberries into thin slices and place them on the bottom of the Camembert. Prepare the glaze according to the package instructions and let it cool slightly. Then brush over the strawberries. Place the Camembert lid on top. Serving suggestion: Cut the strawberry cheese into 8 pieces and garnish with mint. This goes well with a wild herb salad with a sweet dressing or toasted ciabatta bread. This makes a delicious and simple summery appetizer.
