Fresh white cabbage salad with corn, cucumber and dill

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 600 g white cabbage or pointed cabbage, sliced
  • 400 g corn (can)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper

Finely shred the white cabbage (the 600g refers to the already shredded cabbage) and place it in a large bowl. Cut the cucumber into small cubes and add it. Drain and rinse the corn, and add it to the bowl. Finely chop the dill and add it. Combine the ingredients in the bowl. For the dressing, combine the olive oil with the lemon juice and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix everything well. Let it stand for at least 30 minutes. After that, you may need to season the salad a little more with the spices mentioned above. If you like dill, you’ll love this fresh salad.
