Strawberry-cheese-cream Cake
The perfect strawberry-cheese-cream cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 3 a cup Cream a`200 ml
- 2 pck Gelierfix a`2 bag
- 2 pck Vanilla sugar
- 170 g Sugar
- 750 g Strawberries fresh
- 2 pck Red cake topping
- 1 Light biscuit base
- Wash the strawberries and chop them into small cubes (put a few back for decoration). Place a cake ring on the base so that a small edge remains (see photo).
- Place the strawberries in the ring. Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and pour over the strawberries.
- Beat 2.5 cups of cream until stiff. Stir the quark and the rest of the cream until creamy. Add Gelierfix.
- Now stir the cream into the quark and finally stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Remove the strawberries from the ring after 30 minutes. Clean the ring and place it around the whole base. Put the quark mixture in the ring. Keep a small remainder of the mixture (for any beautification work).
- Chill the cake for at least 4 hours. Remove the cake ring. Now decorate the cake as you wish.
