Strawberry-cheese-cream Cake

The perfect strawberry-cheese-cream cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Lowfat quark
  • 3 a cup Cream a`200 ml
  • 2 pck Gelierfix a`2 bag
  • 2 pck Vanilla sugar
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 750 g Strawberries fresh
  • 2 pck Red cake topping
  • 1 Light biscuit base
  1. Wash the strawberries and chop them into small cubes (put a few back for decoration). Place a cake ring on the base so that a small edge remains (see photo).
  1. Place the strawberries in the ring. Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and pour over the strawberries.
  1. Beat 2.5 cups of cream until stiff. Stir the quark and the rest of the cream until creamy. Add Gelierfix.
  1. Now stir the cream into the quark and finally stir in the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  1. Remove the strawberries from the ring after 30 minutes. Clean the ring and place it around the whole base. Put the quark mixture in the ring. Keep a small remainder of the mixture (for any beautification work).
  1. Chill the cake for at least 4 hours. Remove the cake ring. Now decorate the cake as you wish.
