Strawberry – Coconut – Quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250 g quark, 20% fat
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp chips, roasted coconut chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Whisk the quark and milk until smooth. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of sugar and the desiccated coconut. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the coconut quark. Layer the strawberries and coconut quark alternately in dessert glasses and garnish with the coconut chips.
