Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g quark
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 5 leaves of lemon balm
  • 2 slices of crispbread

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crispbread with strawberry curd

Whisk the quark and honey until creamy. Chop the strawberries and mash them with a fork. Finely chop the lemon balm leaves and fold them into the quark along with the strawberries. Spread the cream on the crispbread. If you like, you can halve two strawberries and decorate the bread with them.
