Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g strawberries, cleaned
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 250 g cottage cheese (granular cream cheese)
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 30 g desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 150 g yogurt with strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with a delicate coconut flavor

Don’t blend the strawberries completely; sweeten with sugar to taste. Whip the cream until stiff, then stir in the cottage cheese, yogurt, coconut flakes, and sugar. Ladle the cream into glasses, alternating with the strawberry puree, and sprinkle the tops with a little coconut flakes.
