Strawberry dessert made from Icelandic cream cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g Skyr, Icelandic cream cheese, natural
  • 20 m.-large strawberries, fresh
  • some agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with agave syrup

Peel, wash, and dice the strawberries. Reserve two for garnish. Stir the strawberries into the cream cheese with a little agave syrup and season to taste. Pour into glasses. Decorate with the strawberries and, if desired, some mint or lemon balm.
