Strawberry dessert with crème fraîche

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bowl of strawberries
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 1 package of ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries. Mix the sugar and crème fraîche. Crumble the sponge fingers. Place a layer of sponge fingers in four glasses, drizzle with orange juice, top with strawberries, and then a layer of cream. Repeat the process. Chill the glasses before serving.
