Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour, type 405
- 140 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 5 drops flavoring (lemon), or grated peel of an untreated lemon
- 140 g butter
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 m.-sized eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Melt the milk and butter in the microwave, then let it cool. Pour the liquid into the bread maker first. Gradually add the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and lemon flavoring. Finally, add the eggs. I use the “dough” program, which I let mix for 5 minutes, then stop the program and switch to “bake only.” It can be dusted with powdered sugar. A somewhat compact cake that can be prepared quickly.
