Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese, grainy
- n. B. sugar
- ½ vanilla pod(s)
- 12 strawberries
- ½ cup cream
- ¼ tonka bean(s), grated

light spring dessert
For the first layer of the dessert, mix the vanilla pulp with the cream cheese and sugar. I use half a teaspoon, but the degree of sweetness is a matter of taste. Put a tablespoon of this mixture into each of three small glasses. Add five of the strawberries to the rest of the mixture and puree everything with a hand blender. Spread this puree evenly among the glasses as the next layer. Next, blend five more strawberries and divide them between the glasses. For the top layer of the glasses, whip the cream with tonka bean and sugar until stiff, dice the remaining strawberries and fold them into the cream. Pour the strawberry cream into the glasses. You can of course use more strawberries or, for example, mint for garnishing.
