Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g yogurt
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 6 cl lemon juice
  • 300 g strawberries, freshly pureed
  • 2 cl Grand Marnier
  • ⅛ liter cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the powdered sugar, stir in the lemon juice and strawberries, and finish with the Grand Marnier. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the strawberry yogurt mixture. Freeze in an ice cream maker until creamy. Prepare according to the instructions. For children, use 2 cl of orange juice instead of the Grand Marnier.
