Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup processed cheese (with or without herbs)
- 1 point ham (cooked ham)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 pinch of salt
- n. B. Pfeffer
- Sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine the cream cheese, crème fraîche, and cream in a saucepan. Add the oregano. Dice the ham and add it to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Slowly heat the sauce and thicken it slightly with a thickener. If possible, do not let it boil, as it will burn very quickly.
