Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 50 g strawberries
  • 400 g cream (whipping cream)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quickly prepared

Wash and hull the strawberries, place them in a bowl with the powdered sugar, and blend. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then stir in the strawberry puree. Spoon the cream into 8 popsicle molds and freeze for about 6 hours.
