Ingredients
Strawberry jam
- 0,5 tsp Chia seeds
- 0,5 tsp Margarine
- 250 g Strawberries
- 250 g Preserving sugar 1: 1
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- For the jam, mix the strawberries with the preserving sugar and lemon juice. Fill into a suitable microwave container and heat without the lid for approx. 3-4 minutes at 600 watts. Stir once and heat for another 3-4 minutes.
- For the toast, toast the bread slice, then brush with margarine and the jam. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top and consume immediately.
