Red Berry Jam Chia Toast

Red berry jam
- 0,5 tsp Chia seeds
- 0,5 tsp Margarine
- 200 g Preserving sugar 1: 1
- 100 g Raspberries
- 100 g Red currants
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- For the jam, heat the sugar and berries together with the lemon juice in a saucepan and simmer briefly. Then transfer to a jam jar.
- Toast the whole grain slice for the toast. Then brush with a little margarine and then with the jam. Then sprinkle the chia seeds on top and serve.
