Strawberry jam with Amaretto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 500 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 4 tbsp Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries, then bring them to a boil with the gelling sugar. Add the Amaretto, mix with a hand blender, and immediately pour into glasses.
