  • 1100 g Strawberries
  • 80 ml Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Peppermint fresh, cut
  • 20 g Ginger
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1

  2. Puree the strawberries a little to taste. Now put the mint, ginger and sugar in a saucepan and mix well, then let it steep for 3-4 hours.
  3. Then bring the mixture to the boil while stirring and let it boil vigorously until the gelling point. Make a gelling test after about 4 minutes. Before filling, remove the foam with a spoon.
  4. While the mass is boiling, prepare the glasses. Then fill in the mass, make sure that the edge is clean and then close it with a lid.
