Strawberry Kiss – Quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 180 g strawberries
  • 250 g quark
  • 100 g cream
  • 4 chocolate kisses
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious dessert with BE – indication

Wash and chop the strawberries. Separate the marshmallows from the wafers. Mash the foam mixture with a fork and mix with the quark, cream, and vanilla sugar. Fold in the strawberries with a spoon. Divide among four dessert bowls and decorate each with a wafer. Refrigerate until ready to serve. For diabetics: 1 serving corresponds to approximately 2 BE.
