Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 bowl of strawberries
- 1 tbsp, heaped sugar
- 1 lime(s)
- e.g. vanilla extract
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g natural yogurt
- possibly ice cubes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without alcohol
Wash the strawberries. Then remove the green parts and halve or quarter the strawberries (depending on their size). Place them in a tall container or blender. Add the milk, yogurt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth. Add a little more sugar to taste or to the sweetness of the strawberries. Wash and slice the limes. Serve the smoothie in a glass with 2-3 lime slices. We also recommend adding 2-3 ice cubes.
