Strawberry-lime Muffins

- 230 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 50 g Sugar
- 30 g Sugar brown
- 1 Egg
- 130 ml Cream
- 70 ml Buttermilk
- 115 g Butter
- 1 Lime
- 200 g Strawberries

- 50 g Walnuts
- 35 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 25 g Butter

- Beat the egg with the two types of sugar until frothy and then stir in the cream and buttermilk. Melt the butter and stir in as well.
- Wash the lime with hot water, rub the peel and squeeze out the juice. Add the zest and juice to the batter.
