Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar, milder
- 30 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Heat the sugar and balsamic vinegar while stirring. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes until syrupy, then remove from heat. Break the chocolate into small pieces and stir in. Tastes great hot over ice cream, fruit, or (goat’s) cheese, and is also delicious cold over tomatoes or with salad.
