Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g strawberries
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 200 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Puree the strawberries with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Combine the mascarpone, quark, amaretto, and powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture. Ladle the strawberry mixture and the mascarpone mixture alternately into a glass bowl.
