Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, finely diced
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash, hull, and finely dice the strawberries. Whisk the mascarpone with the quark and vanilla sugar until smooth, then carefully fold in the strawberries. Serve immediately.
