Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 280 g strawberries
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 125 ml cream
- 125 ml mascarpone
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes
Puree the strawberries with the lemon juice and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, combine the cream and mascarpone until creamy. Then fill the ice cream molds, alternating between strawberry puree and mascarpone cream. Place the ice cream in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
