Strawberry milk from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g sugar
  • 60 g vanilla ice cream
  • 150 g strawberries, frozen
  • 400 ml milk, 3.5%

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 minute

Place the sugar in the mixing bowl and process until powdered sugar is obtained in 5 seconds on speed 10. Add the strawberries and process for 5-10 seconds on speed 8. Add the milk and vanilla ice cream and process for 10 seconds on speed 5. Pour and enjoy cold.
