Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), natural
- ½ nectarine(s)
- ¼ lime(s)
- 1 handful of raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 4 tbsp agave syrup or other sweetener
- 1 apricot(s)
- 2 slices of pineapple
- 3 tbsp ice cream (fruit sorbet, preferably lemon)
- 4 grapes
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender. Optionally, strain the smoothie to remove any chunks.
