Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink), natural
  • ½ nectarine(s)
  • ¼ lime(s)
  • 1 handful of raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp agave syrup or other sweetener
  • 1 apricot(s)
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 3 tbsp ice cream (fruit sorbet, preferably lemon)
  • 4 grapes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a blender. Optionally, strain the smoothie to remove any chunks.
