  • 500 g Skyr or low-fat quark
  • 40 ml grenadine
  • 4 sprigs of mint

Blend the strawberries with the picked mint leaves and grenadine syrup until smooth. You can vary the amount of grenadine syrup depending on how sweet the strawberries are and how sweet you like your dessert. Mix with the skyr or low-fat quark—depending on what you have and what you’re in the mood for. This makes a very fresh-tasting dessert that’s quick to prepare.
