Strawberry-peach chia jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 230 g strawberries
  • 130 g peach(s)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

for 2 small glasses

Wash the fruit. Remove the green parts of the strawberries and the peach pits, and puree the fruit. Stir in the chia seeds, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice, and pour the jam into a screw-top jar. Refrigerate for at least two hours. The chia seeds will thicken the jam. Due to the fresh fruit, the jam will only keep for a few days in the refrigerator.
