Strawberry Prosecco Punch

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bottles of wine, rosé
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine (Prosecco)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Quarter the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. Pour in the wine. Chill for 2-3 hours. Top with the chilled sparkling wine before serving.
