Strawberry Punch

The perfect strawberry punch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Fresh strawberries
  • 3 tablespoon Strawberry liqueur
  • 1 Freshly squeezed orange
  • 1 teaspoon Raw cane sugar
  • 1,5 cm Vanilla pod
  • 200 Milliliters Semi-Dry sparkling wine
  • 50 Milliliters Mineral water
  1. Wash the strawberries, clean them in halves or quarters. Score the vanilla pod. Add sugar to the strawberries, add the orange juice, strawberry liqueur and vanilla pod and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 90 minutes.
  2. Put these ingredients in a large tall glass and pour well-chilled sparkling wine and mineral water over them.
