Strawberry – raspberry – apple – jam with vanilla

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g strawberries
  • 600 g raspberries
  • 300 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp
  • 1 pack of gelling sugar 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Carefully sort the fruit and wash the strawberries. Place the strawberries and raspberries in a saucepan. Pour in the apple juice and season with the vanilla pulp. Add the gelling sugar and mix well. Let it steep for about 1 hour. Bring everything to a boil. Mash with a potato masher until the desired consistency is reached. Boil gently for about 5 minutes. Rinse the prepared jars with cold water and fill them. Screw the lids tightly on the lids and let them cool upside down.
