Strawberry Spaghetti
The perfect strawberry spaghetti recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Fresh strawberries
- 0,25 bunch Basil
- 1 toe Garlic
- 250 g Salmon fillet
- 250 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 300 g Spaghetti
- 150 g Peas green fresh
- 150 g Salt
- 150 g Some pepper colored
- Wash and clean the strawberries, cut the smaller ones in half and the larger ones into quarters. Roughly chop the basil leaves. Peel the garlic clove and chop finely. Rinse the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into cubes.
- Cook the spaghetti al dente in plenty of boiling salted water. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the salmon cubes in it. Add chopped garlic and fry briefly. Then take it out. Heat the crème fraîche in the same pan. Add the peas and 3/4 of the chopped basil and simmer everything for 5 minutes over a very low heat. Season to taste with a little salt and, if necessary, with a little freshly ground colored pepper. Carefully fold in the salmon-garlic mixture and the strawberries and sprinkle with the remaining basil.
- Drain the spaghetti, drain and serve with the sauce.
