Quark Buttermilk

The perfect quark buttermilk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Buttermilk 500 ml
  • 100 g Curd 40%
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 2 Stems of peppermint
  1. Mix sugar (2 tablespoons) with cinnamon (1 teaspoon). Mix all ingredients (buttermilk, quark and cinnamon-sugar mixture), pour into glasses and chill. Garnish with peppermint sticks to serve
