Strawberry Stollen

The perfect strawberry stollen recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Making biscuit:

  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Cream:

  • 500 ml Yogurt 10% fat
  • 0,333333 Pc. Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 100 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 1,5 Tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 8 Pc. Fresh strawberries
  • 3 sheet Gelatin
  • 1 rib Dark couverture
  1. Beat egg, water and sugar until frothy.
  2. Mix flour and baking powder and fold in. Fill into a cake mold (silicone) and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 ° C. Let cool down .

Cream:

  1. Wash + cut strawberries.
  2. Mix the yoghurt and cream cheese, stir in the vanilla + sugar. Season to taste with lemon juice. To give strawberries.
  3. Soak gelatine.
  4. Cut the stud in the middle, I use a cake cutter.
  5. 1. Put the bottom in the mold.
  6. Dissolve gelatine, adjust, stir into the cream. Briefly put the cream in the refrigerator until the cream sets. 10 minutes are enough

  9. 2 hours before serving, I put the mold for 1 hour. in the chest. Then straight back in the fridge and 30 minutes later you can enjoy a wonderfully cool cake.
