Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g strawberries, pureed
- 500 ml low-fat milk
- 1 packet of pudding powder (Paradise Cream Vanilla)
- 1 pack of ladyfingers
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- n. B. cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Whisk the paradise cream with 500 ml of low-fat milk and fold in the low-fat quark. Place the sponge fingers in a shallow baking dish and spread with the pureed strawberries, allowing them to soak through. Spread the vanilla cream over the sponge fingers and let stand for about 1 hour before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, if desired.
