Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 75 g ladyfingers
- 5 tbsp Amaretto
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 g sugar
- 375 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 175 g mascarpone
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 75 g whipped cream
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drizzle the sponge fingers with Amaretto and let stand for about 20 minutes. Halve the strawberries and sprinkle with 25g of sugar. Mix the quark, mascarpone, vanilla sugar, and the remaining sugar. Layer the soaked sponge fingers, the strawberry halves (except for about 10), and the quark and mascarpone cream in a glass dish. Mix the powdered sugar and cocoa powder and sift it over the tiramisu. Decorate with the remaining strawberries and serve.
