Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of clove powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g flour
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles
- 125 ml mulled wine or red wine
- some rum flavor
- Tea (mallow tea)
- Mulled wine or red wine
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Combine all ingredients, including the rum flavoring, and mix into a batter. Bake the cake for 1 hour at 175°C (top/bottom heat), then let it cool. Sift the powdered sugar and mix with the cooled mallow tea and mulled or red wine until thick. Spread the icing in a circle over the cake, ensuring it spreads evenly into the indentations of the bundt cake. It tastes delicious and stays nice and moist.
