Strawberry Tiramisu Cake

The perfect strawberry tiramisu cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 gr Butter
  • 370 gr Ladyfingers
  • 500 gr Mascarpone
  • 500 gr Lowfat quark
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Bl. Gelatin
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 200 ml Cream
  1. Bottom: melt butter, crumble 24 bisquits in a bag. Mix both and press into a cake tin. Topping: Finely dice 6 bisquits. Whip the mascarpone quark sugar and 1 vanilla sugar until frothy. Dissolve the gelatin and pull it into the mascarpone cream. Cream with 1pck. Beat the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the mascarpone with the biscuit pieces. Place up to 10-12 strawberries upright on the crumble base, spread the mascarpone cream over it and smooth it out. Chill for 3 hours. Carefully remove the cake from the mold. Halve the remaining biscuits and press them to the edge. Possibly dust on cocoa powder. Halve the remaining strawberries and place decoratively on top.
