Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 g vanilla pudding powder
- 30 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 250 g mascarpone
- 12 ladyfingers
- 120 ml orange juice
- 16 strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes
Combine the vanilla pudding powder and sugar with 50 ml of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, stir in the mixed powder, and bring to a boil briefly. Allow the pudding to cool, then refrigerate until completely cold. Then stir in 250 g of mascarpone until smooth. Crumble 1.5 ladyfingers into a dessert glass for each serving, drizzle with a little orange juice, and top with a little mascarpone mixture, then top with 2 chopped strawberries. Repeat and refrigerate until ready to serve.
