Strawberry – Vanilla – Cream

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g strawberries, frozen
  • 500 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

Halve or quarter the frozen strawberries, depending on their size, and line a glass bowl with them. Add the vanilla yogurt as a second layer. Whip the cream without sugar and finish the dessert. Sprinkle the whole thing with a thick layer of brown sugar. Let it sit for a few hours, then enjoy!
