Strawberry - yoghurt - soup ...
- 200 g Fresh strawberries
- 4 Mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 50 Milliliters Natural carbonated mineral water
- 4 tablespoon Low fat yogurt
... with cinnamon croutons
- 0,5 disc Toast
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 0,5 Teaspoon (level) Ground cinnamon
Serving
- Fresh strawberries
- Mint leaves
Instructions
Strawberry - yoghurt - soup ...
- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Wash the mint and cut into strips. Puree both with lemon juice, honey and mineral water. Add yogurt. Mix everything again. Refrigerate.

- Cut toast bread into cubes. Melt the butter in a pan. Add cinnamon and bread cubes. Fry until crispy.
Serving
- Pour the soup into a deep plate. Spread the croutons on top. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
