Strawberry Yogurt Layered Dessert

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Natural yoghurt (3.8%)
  • 250 g Fresh strawberries
  • 5 Shortbread
  • 2 Bit Dark chocolate
  • 20 ml Rum (alternatively orange juice)
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Place the chocolate in the freezer. Beat the yogurt with the vanilla sugar with a whisk until smooth and put in a cool place. Wash the strawberries, cut into small pieces and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir and also refrigerate. Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and close it. Roughly crumble with a rolling pin and fill into a bowl.
  • 2 Fill glasses in layers with the dessert. You start with the yoghurt cream, then strawberries, sprinkle with biscuit crumbs and drizzle with a little rum. Then layer the yoghurt, strawberries and rum crumbs again. Finish with yoghurt, store the glasses briefly in the refrigerator.
  • Grate the chocolate and sprinkle it on the yogurt cream. Let the desserts steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
