Strawberry-zucchini salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1 zucchini
  • ½ bunch chervil
  • 3 tbsp cider
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 16 minutes

Wash and trim the zucchini. Cut it in half and slice it lengthwise into thin strips. Wash and trim the strawberries, then slice them very thinly. Blanch the zucchini in a pot of boiling salted water for 1 minute, then refresh with ice-cold water. Arrange the strawberries and zucchini decoratively on the plates. Mix the cider with salt and pepper and whisk with the olive oil to make a marinade. Pour the marinade over the salad. Wash the chervil, drain it, and finely chop it. Sprinkle it over the salad.
