Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

For the quark and oil dough, mix the ingredients into a smooth batter. It should be soft; add a little oil and milk if desired. For the crumble topping, mash the ingredients with a fork and crumble with your fingers. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and spread the crumble on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. It should not brown. Make a pudding from the milk, pudding powder, and sugar. Stir the softened gelatin into the hot pudding. Sprinkle with a little sugar and let cool. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold in the pudding. Once the cake has cooled, cut it in half lengthwise and fill it with the pudding cream. Chill.
