Doner-like dish for the small budget, the short break and the big hunger
Fry the minced meat in a pan in a little oil until crispy. Meanwhile, cut the lettuce into small pieces, halve the onion, dice one half, and finely slice the other half into half rings. Finely chop the garlic, and thinly slice a strip of feta (1-2 cm wide). Mix the low-fat quark with a little thyme and salt. Season the minced meat with salt, paprika, rosemary, and pepper. Add the diced onion and garlic and fry for a while longer. Bake the flatbread in the oven or briefly in a toaster, slice open, and place on a plate. Spread with the quark, arrange lettuce and feta on top, and add the minced meat from the pan. Top with onion rings and, if desired, tomato slices, close the lid, and enjoy!
