  • 1 small zucchini
  • 5 spring onions
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

a delicious snack

First, preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onions, chopped zucchini, crushed garlic cloves, and finely diced bacon, along with plenty of herbs, salt, and pepper. (Be careful with the salt! The bacon is already very salty.) Add the whole thing in small piles to the pan and fry lightly on all sides for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and then fill them with the contents of the pan. (If you clean the mushrooms right at the beginning, you can also chop up the stems and add them to the minced meat mixture.) Brush the mushrooms with a little olive oil, add small pieces of cheese, and put them in the oven! At 180°C (top and bottom heat), the mushrooms will be ready in about 30 minutes. To prevent this snack from being too dry, we always enjoy it with cream of mushroom soup. The whole thing is garnished with fresh parsley. A herb baguette makes a wonderful side dish.
