Yogurt and quark dessert with a bite

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 125 g quark
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 75 g muesli
  • n. B. Sprinkles, colorful, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Quantum foam

Peel the fruit and cut it into small pieces (about 1 cm in size so it can be eaten with a small spoon). Mix all the ingredients together and you’re done. Although it tastes good, it doesn’t look like much at first, so garnish it with colorful sprinkles or something similar when serving. Variations: The fruit can be chosen seasonally – it’s a good idea to always have some juicy fruit on hand, such as peaches or strawberries. Chopped nuts can also be used instead of muesli – but a harder ingredient to contrast the soft mixture is essential.
