Stuffed baked apple

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar
  • Almonds, chopped
  • Raisins
  • marzipan
  • ½ liter sauce, vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and halve the apples. Remove the cores and brush the insides of the apple halves with butter. Spread the marzipan, almond, and raisin filling into the apples and drizzle with vanilla sauce. Roast in a baking dish in the oven for about 20 minutes, depending on the firmness of the apple.
