Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- 50 g cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1 tsp, heaped mustard
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oil
- Herbs, as desired and to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with ham
Halve the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them with a fork. Mix the ham, vinegar, oil, and herbs into the egg yolks, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star nozzle and pipe thick tufts into the egg white halves.
