Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 10 chili peppers
- 4 small tomatoes
- 2 shallots
- 1 thick garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
very hot Asian sauce
Finely chop the shallots and garlic and sauté in a little olive oil. Add the finely chopped chilies and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Blend with a little water using a hand blender. Pour into a jar with a screw-top lid and refrigerate once cooled. Ideal with all Asian dishes.
